Preparation

If you don't have crushed ice then prepare ice by smashing cubes with a rolling pin.

Instructions
  1. Roll limes on a clean hard service to release all the juices inside the lime.
  2. Cut the limes in half, then half, then half, so you have 8 cubes.
  3. Add Sugar & muddle well to realise the juices and oils in the lime.
  4. Add cachaça and Cubed Ice.
  5. Shake very hard, until the boston glass is frozen on the outside.
  6. Pour all ingredients straight into a tumbler, Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a short paper straw.

50ml Sagatiba Pura Silver Cachaca
1 whole Lime (Cut into cubes)
2 Bar Spoons of golden caster sugar
