Espresso Rumtini

The Perfect Espresso Rumtini using pirates grog rum. Creamy, dangerous and delicious arrr this one is a sophisticated little devil.

Preparation

Pull some good quality fresh espresso from a coffee machine.

Instructions
  1. Add all Ingredients to a Boston glass & shake hard over ice.
  2. Double strain straight into a chilled martini or coupette glass to get rid of any small shards of ice.
  3. Garnish with 3 espresso beans, they represent Health, Wealth & Happiness.
  4. Take a sip and shout Arrr me hearties!

35ml Black Ei8ht coffee rum
25ml Fresh espresso
25ml vanilla sugar syrup
