Crack one egg & separate the egg white from the yolk.

  1. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, Angostura bitters and egg whites to your glass shaker.
  2. Add a large measure of Amaretto to your glass shaker.
  3. Add one ice cube and whip (shake) aggressively to aerate the solution.
  4. Add more ice and shake until cold.
  5. Remove your Double glass from the freezer and Fill with ice.
  6. Pour your drink into the glass using a strainer.
  7. Garnish with 3 Drops of Angostura bitter & swirl with bar spoon.
50ml Disaronno
20ml Egg Whites
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
3 Drops of Angostura bitter & run a tooth pick through them
