Bramble

Created in the mid-80s by Dick Bradsell at Fred's Club, Soho, London. This refreshing mix of gin and blackberry liqueur is one of the most popular drinks to come out of this era.

Preparation

If you don't have crushed ice then prepare ice by smashing cubes with a rolling pin.

Instructions
  1. Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup together.
  2. Pour into a tumbler over crushed ice.
  3. Drizzle crème de cassis over the top to create a ‘bleeding’ effect.
  4. Serve immediately with garnish and straws.

50ml Boxer gin
25ml Fresh lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
12.5ml Crème de mure
Garnish
2 Lemons Slices
