Gimlet

Quite simply lime cordial and gin. Sounds too simple to be good, but made properly this cocktail is something to behold.

Preparation

Quickly chill your glass by filling with ice and water, or if you have time then place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the shaker.
  2. Shake well, ensuring the outside of the tin is frosted.
  3. Double strain into your chilled glass.
  4. Garnish if necessary.

35ml Rose's lime juice
