Preparation

Pull some pineapple leaves out and set to the side.

Cut a few slices of pineapple for garnish.

Cut a passionfruit into quarters

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except the soda to a Boston glass & shake with ice.
  2. Fill glass with cubed ice & pour drink into glass.
  3. Garnish with a slice of Pineaaple, a Pineapple leaf & a quarter passionfruit.

35ml Toti white Rum
15ml archers
25ml lime juice
100ml Rubicon sparking lychee
10ml Hibiscus syrup
Garnish
Pineapple Slice, Pineapple leaf & half passion fruit
