Mulled Champagne Cocktail

Bring everyone together to celebrate with a mulled Champagne cocktail. It’s tasty, cosy, spicy and sparkly all in one. See how beautiful this cocktail is in our Short Video 


Reduce down your mulled wine on a low heat for 30 minutes, to create a thin syrup texture. Leave in the fridge to cool.

  1. Build your cocktail straight into the champagne flute/coupette.
  2. Add 25ml of mulled wine syrup.
  3. Add 5ml of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Add a sprinkle of edible gold shimmer glitter.
  5. Top with Legret & Fils Equilibre Champagne.
  6. Garnish with blueberries on a bamboo spear.
25ml Mulled Wine Syrup
1 Pinch of Edible Glitter
5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
125ml Legret & Fils Equilibre Champagne
