Infuse your own Bacon Bulleit Bourbon.

Cook your pigs in blankets until crispy. Leave to cool before garnishing.

Place a goblet in the freezer for 10 minutes. 

  1. Add maple syrup, lemon juice, Angostura bitters and egg whites to your glass shaker.
  2. Add a large measure of Bacon Bulleit Bourbon to your glass shaker.
  3. Add one ice cube and whip aggressively to aerate the solution.
  4. Add more ice and shake until cold.
  5. Remove your glass from the freezer and double strain the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a pig in blanket, then pour maple syrup over the top to melt.
50ml Bulleit Bourbon
20ml Egg Whites
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Maple Syrup
3 Dash of Angostura Bitters
