Pisco Sours

The Pisco Sour is an all time classic & an exotic twist for any cocktail party or gathering.

Preparation

Crack one egg & separate the egg white from the yolk.

Instructions
  1. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, Angostura bitters and egg whites to your glass shaker.
  2. Add a large measure of Pisco to your glass shaker.
  3. Add one ice cube and whip (shake) aggressively to aerate the solution.
  4. Add more ice and shake until cold.
  5. Remove your nick nora glass from the freezer and double strain the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with 3 Drops of Angostura bitter & run a tooth pick through them to create heart shapes.
Ingredients
50ml Barsol Primero Quebranta Pisco
20ml Egg Whites
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish
3 Drops of Angostura bitter & run a tooth pick through them
