The Mince Pie Mojit-Ho

A homemade blend of rum & mince, combined with the classic mojito ingredients. Oh and a mini mince pie to get stuck into as well!

Preparation

In a sealable jar, infuse 3 parts Appleton Estate VX Rum with 1 part mince pie mix. Leave for 3 days.

Instructions
  1. Muddle limes in the collins glass to release the juices.
  2. Add mince pie mix and large measure of the rum blend.
  3. Add mint leaves and top with crushed ice.
  4. Place your hand over the top, slide your bar spoon in and churn all ingredients.
  5. Top with plenty of crushed ice again and soda water to the brim.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig, sugar dusting, stripey paper straw and mini mince pie.

50ml Mince Pie Infused Appleton VX Rum
1 Spoon of Mince Pie Mix
4 segments of lime
8 Mint Leaves
Garnish
